ArchieMD seeks an ambitious web developer to develop a web-based learning management system/distribution platform for a variety of interactive and immersive medical education assets. Successful candidates will have experience developing web-based applications that scale to thousands of users. The Candidates will also have strong web-database development skills. Candidates must have a solid computer science background that enables application of theoretical concepts to new technologies (particularly in databases). Web Developer Role:

A Web Developer, or Programmer, is an IT professional who creates and maintains web applications and websites. The responsibilities include designing, creating and maintaining websites through programming languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Web Developers commonly work with Web Designers to create the user interface of a website and other professionals to create and test applications.

Other Duties:

  • Writing efficient code using best practice for software development
  • Creating websites using different languages such as HTML and CSS
  • Working with Programmers and Web Designers to create a website that matches the visual design intent
