CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ANALYST: ION INTERACTIVE
As Rock’s Customer Experience Analyst, you’ll be able to build, support, and launch customer-centric programs, processes and content that create connections between Rock and our customers, to engage them more effectively and educate them about Rocks products and services. This role will embody the Voice of the Customer internally and be an advocate for our customers, to support a customer-centric mindset and culture at Rock, globally. This role is a key driver in developing and maintaining marketing initiatives that deepen Rock adoption within our customer base, to both retain and expand revenues with Rock customers.
