Accuride Corporation is looking for a seasoned developer or systems analyst to join our global applications team. In this role, you will build and enhance business solutions for sales, supply chain, accounting, and operations using a variety of platforms and tools. These include internally developed applications and system integrations (C#, .NET, Azure), best-in-class SaaS systems (Plex ERP, Workday, SAP), low-code applications (Workday Extend, PowerApps), global data warehouse enhancements, and various reporting and orchestration capabilities.

Systems Analyst Role:

The business Analyst, or Systems Analyst, collects data about the organisations operations to improve its systems and processes. Primary duties include researching business processes, making reports with recommendations to the companys management and analysing the potential impact of their recommendations.

Other Duties:

• Analysing the structure of a business to determine how it operates and determine its objectives
• Identifying any problems with the current business model
• Designing potential solutions to any problems identified during the research phase
• Preparing and delivering a report of their findings to leadership with comprehensive risk and impact assessment
• Developing comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) test cases at the application and multi-application levels
• Overseeing the implementation of approved process improvements
• Hiring, monitoring and overseeing the IT team members
• Carrying out training sessions and workshops to guide relevant teams
• Carrying out periodic quality checks
